Hmm, you're right.  My response was bogus.  I didn't realize that the
old pms ('opms') driver and /dev/pms0 were completely nuked.

It appears it is no longer possible to get the non-wsmouse converted data.
So the compat_linux(8) man page is perhaps suggesting something that is
impossible. (e.g. ln /emul/linux/dev/mouse -> mouse device)

Perhaps we need a shim to convert wsmouse data back to PS/2 mouse data now?
:-)

Seriously though, it seems like it might be appropriate to file a problem
report.  If only as a feature request or documentation update to say this
is no longer supported, etc.  Also pms(4) still cross references opms(4)
which is gone, so that needs fixing as well.

Can you use 'send-pr' (or the webpage?) to report this?
