You don't. You manage them under NetBSD and use "/usr/pkg/sbin/linux-mkpwd"

You can turn them into NetBSD packages with the "rpm2pkg" package. Have
a look at "pkgsrc/emulators/suse_linux/Makefile.common" to see how this
tool is used.
