No, Solaris/SysV 'plumb' is different thing. AFAIK 'ifconfig device plumb'
loads a stream module to have a device recognized as network device
or something like that, it doesn't 'create' the device. And IIRC you
plumb each device type just once, i.e. 'le' and not 'le0', 'le1' etc.
