Actually back to the initial menu.
When I restarted the install - it forced me to re-enter all the partition
info even though I said "use existing" - sub-optimal.

Doh!  Looks like a bug in sysinst, I got the same error for "normal"
bootblocks! 

It ran:

/usr/mdec/installboot -v /usr/mdec/biosboot.sym /dev/rwd0a

and got:

installboot: Invalid machine `i386' from uname()
installboot: Supported machines are:
	alpha, pmax, sparc64, vax


Anyone have a recent set of install floppies that work?
