Hi,

Sorry, different chipset, different problems.  The k7s5a is
based on a SiS chipset and your motherboard uses one from VIA.
Even though they both have similar audio capabilities,  its
implemented differently.

As for the 745, wait for some reviews and see what the performance
is like.  SiS haven't been especially good about releasing documentation
recently either, so the audio is unsupported right now.
