ISO 9660 itself scales to DVD.

In my admittedly limited sample set of about two dozen DVD movies,
only one was not ISO 9660 format.

If they're not CSS-scrambled, you can use various tools like dvdview
or ogle (both in pkgsrc) to view the movies.
