Changes made:
	1) Downloaded IBM configuration disk for the device and set it to
manual (ie, non PNP mode)

	2) When I did this, tr0 was found and configured, but the mem
address was wrong (seems to be hard coded in the kernel) so I just changed
the address on the card to match.

Everything works fine now.
