Unfortunately, you are now into depths I have never plumbed.  I notice that
the web page has bootblocks for the first, second, and third disks.  I'd
suggest trying those and/or generating your own per the instructions.

(BTW, I think the actual source path referenced in the web page should be
/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/stand/biosboot.)
