The point of Andrew's is that trying the netbsd distributed rawrite.exe for
dos, or the rawrite32.exe for windows (for example, inside rawrite32.zip)
distributed by netbsd is the obvious next step.

I have personally had diskettes be incorrectly written on some h/w using
other versions of rawrite.exe (from linux, especially), but never have had
bad diskettes written by the netbsd distributed rawrite version(s).
