For the server side of Windows file sharing, see "samba" in pkgsrc.  Docs
for samba are also online at http://www.samba.org/.

For a client, samba comes with "smbclient" (acts a little like FTP), and
there is "sharity-light" for mounting a NT filesystem directly.
