  Ah, this is your mistake then.  With '-r netbsd-1-5' you are not
tracking -current, but -release.  The NetBSD-1.5 release tree only
contains ipf 3.4.9 (with some bug fixes).

  If you indeed want to track -current (and ipf 3.4.16), you can 'cvs
update -PAd', but you should do that for the whole tree, not just ipf.
