	I still don't understand why you say "I want back 3.4.16".
	netbsd-1-5 branch never had 3.4.16 on the tree.

	or do you mean that "I want 3.4.16 pulled up to netbsd-1-5 branch"?
	in this case, sometimes we cannot do this in later stage of release
	cycle (it is up to releng-1-5 guys to decide).

	note that there are other changes than the security hole fix,
	between 3.4.9 to 3.4.16, so it is inappropriate to bump the ipf version
	number just because we have pulled up the security hole fix.
