Hi,

look at overclockers sites. They usually have high demands of good 
power supplies (and other useful gadgets like fans and cooling 
devices). I use Enermaxx PS for SlotA systems and they have a 
reputation for excellent 12V lines (allthough my distributor reported 
problems with some revisions, and the one I installed in my system 
blew up in smoke within two months and demaged my CPU, but that 
could be caused by my testing of the overclockability of the SlotA 
Tbird and some "extreme" CPU cooling ways I tried :) ).

Be aware, that real "good quality" PS can cost USD 400,-- or more, 
while the Enermaxx 400W PS sells for about USD 100,-- and as 
long as you get a stable revision PS it defenitely is a good choice.
