It seems the same problem of a Compaq MT 350 server.

When I started first time the server, NetBSD-1.5_BETA
told me the same message. Then I rebooted the machine
and in the setup program I moved one of both shared
devices to a free interruption.

After oll of this, I could install NetBSD without
problems.
