Subject: How good is FreeBSD emulation?

Trying to install FreeBSD 4.1 here on a few machines... it isn't very nice
at all. Doing the install via an http proxy just doesn't work for me (or
I don't work for it ;-)

My query is: I have to run TIBCO's Rendezvous product on these
boxes. They have a version of their software out for FreeBSD-3.2. The
process are rather network intensive, but otherwise they're rather nice to
the box.

Is NetBSD's FreeBSD emulation up for the task? Is it incomplete in any
area? I'd love it if these boxes are "lights out."

Thanks!
