This means that a frame transmit aborted because the card couldn't get data
fast enouth from the PCI bus. The adapter should adapt the TX threshold
automatically so yo should only see a few of them (< 5) until the TX threshold
has been raised to the appropriate value.
However, under certain circunstances, the adapter may start a TX even if the
TX threshold isn't reached, to free some room in the FIFO (the FIFO is shared
between transmit and receive parts). So underrun can still occur but they
should be rare.
