Subject: routed eating all processor time

I configured NetBSD 1.4Z as a firewall between a cable modem and our
internal network.
Although the system seems to work ok, the "routed" program eats 99% of all
processor time and the typical load of the system (a 300 MHz AMD) is about
1.0. Is this normal behaviour for a system configured as a router? Or is
something wrong?
