Hi!
Configuration:
NetBSD-1.4.2 i386; Pentium 120; 64MB ram; scsi; local (home) network.
Problem:
My elsa microlink doesn't react to anything on the serial port. I tried
it with a chat-script (like in the network-howto) and with kermit. The
only reaction I can see at the modem status LEDs is that DTR goes high,
when the device (com0=tty00 or com1==tty01) is opened. The Tx/Rx lights
don't flash. Normally I can see those lights flash, even if only an "at"
is sent to the modem. Thus I think the port doesn't send anything.
I have a Win-Box that works O.K. with this modem.
There is no irq conflict, and the adress/irq shown by dmesg is the
same as in the bios setup.
Some hints anybody? I'd like to get my bsd-dialout server going.
Thanks in advance,
   Alex.
