Hi all,

I've got 2 machines running NetBSd 1.4.2, and I'm trying to get pvm
running on them. I've installed both pvm-3.4.2 and ssh-1.2.27. The problem
I'm having is adding hosts. I've been through the help files, and they
don't seem to help (executing rsh commands works fine)

pvm> add dilbert
add dilbert
0 successful
                    HOST DTID
                   bob Can't start pvmd

Here's what's left in /tmp/pvml.x after trying to add a host:

[t80040000] 06/10 22:52:25 bob (192.168.1.16:65003) NETBSDI386 3.4.2
[t80040000] 06/10 22:52:25 ready Sat Jun 10 22:52:25 2000
[t80000000] 06/10 22:53:29 pl_startup() giving up on host dilbert
aftaer 60 secs
[t80040000] 06/10 22:53:29 startack() host dilbert expected version,
got "PvmCantStart"

My .rhosts on both machines contains + +, I can execute rsh commands
to/from each machine, and each machines has sshd1 running.
Also, PVM_ROOT and PVM_ARCH are properly set on both machines.

Thanks in advance.
