That is because of the second "tr2" linie above which says that it hasn't
been able to initialize your card.
I basicly have the same setup and have had to play a little around with
it. I have disabled all PNP features with lanaidc and have set my
resources manually. My cardsettings probe as below:

tr2 at isapnp0 port 0xa20/4 mem 0xc8000/8192, 0xc800/8192 irq 9
tr2: IBM Turbo 16/4 Token Ring ISA A
tr2: address 00:06:29:5d:a9:93 ring speed 16 Mbps
