Looks like your netbsd (and freebsd) partition doesn't have its
bootcode setup correctly.

Could you try "cd /usr/mdec;./installboot biosboot.sym /dev/rwd0a"
and then a reboot?

If this doesn't work, could you send me a dump of the first sector
of /dev/rwd0d and the first two sectors of /dev/rwd0a (like the
output of "dd if=/dev/rwd0d count=1|od -x" and
"dd if=/dev/rwd0a count=2|od -x") (in private mail, please!)?
I'll try to look into it then.
