Trying to build a release-branch snapshot of 1.4.2_ALPHA-20000209 on i386
failed.  src/distrib/i386/floppies/bootfloppy-small wants INSTALL_SMALL to
be compiled, but src/etc/etc.i386/Makefile.inc only includes INSTALL and
INSTALL_TINY in INST_KERNELS.  Either bootfloppy-small needs to be
commented out, or INSTALL_SMALL needs to be added.
