Huh,

All self-respecting servers (at least HP, Compaq and Olivetti) 
until the PCI age used EISA, and then some EISA/PCI combos. Modern 
servers mostly have ISA/PCI, I guess that's only because modern EISA 
cards are nowhere to be found!
