Hello. I have been having trouble with a quad port ZNYX ZX346 card, getting it 
to autonegotiate with some switches - the switch chooses full duplex, the card 
chooses half. This tends to not work very well. Attempts to configure the card 
ports to full-duplex fail miserably - the drivers don't recognize the 
full-duplex option. I have hard coded the switch side to half-duplex, but I 
was hoping to get this working properly.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Any idea as to where to look in the code for 
resolving the issue? Do either of the other BSDs have this problem?

The chips on the board are 4 Digital 21140-AF, although the tlp and de drivers 
reports 21140A. Probably of no consequence...

Just discovered, trying to see if any single port cards exhibited this, that 
we do have one card that is properly showing the full-duplex media options. 
Unfortunately, its off site, and will take some time to figure out how its 
different. The other dozen cards do not show this trait.

Any guidance would be very welcome.
