Has anyone experienced ext2fs revision 1? This one has dynamic inode
sizes, but it seems that Linux 2.2.x only supports setting the value to be
the same as it was previously, but still uses the new superblock format.

It also permits the first inode to be set (needed since a different number
will fit into the first inode area, I guess). I can't determine where this
value might be set in the NetBSD code. Any pointers?
