The same like in the Thinkpad I'm playing with.
I didn't find specs at Neomagic's site, but it obviously emulates
a Soundblaster:

EISA ID: NMX2210
 io: 220-22f flags 1 io: 530-537 flags 1 io: 388-38f flags 1 io: 300-301 flags
1
 io: 120-121 flags 1 irq: 0020 flags 1 dma: 01 flags 0 dma: 02 flags 0
sb0 at pnpbios0: dsp v3.01
midi0 at sb0: <SB MIDI UART>
audio0 at sb0: half duplex
opl0 at sb0: model OPL3
midi1 at opl0: <SB Yamaha OPL3>

(That's with some experimental PnP BIOS code. If you can figure out
the ports/irq/dmas (the irq/dma numbers above are bitmasks btw)
you can probably use the isa attachment as well.)

Hmm - we could have a look at the PCI power management capability
and add a hook if it is present. (just a vague idea)
