Hi !

I understand some kernels config in conf/:
GENERIC - all possible options
INSTALL - the kernel on install floppy
...

But some others are obscur for me:
BIKINI, HOMEWORLD, KICKME, MINBAR, NBFTP, NWSCONS (should be deleted, no ?),
SUN_LAMP, TRINITY, ZHADUM, ZYG..... Why theses config are in this directory
? Should go to /usr/share/something/examples/, there are only personal
config, with little interest.

Need to cleanup this directory, and to include more usefull configs, like
one with only PCI bus,
a ISA-only kernel will be usefull (for old 386/486), and maybe the old
version of GENERIC (named GENERIC.old), just to make a diff with current
version and know if changes are only cosmetic or not.

Any comments ?

PS: no offense to mycroft ;-))
