when I boot, I get the following messages for my sound card < chip >

isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @@@0001, , > port 0x530/8,0x388/8 irq 5 drq
 0 not configured
isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @H@0001, , > port 0x330/2 irq 9 not configu
red
isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @P@0001, , > port 0x200/8 not configured
isapnp0: <CMI8330/C3D Audio Adapter, @X@0001, , > port 0x220/16 irq 5 drq 1,5 no
t configured

does this mean that it can be configured to be used ? I never had any luck with
this chip in linux. but netBSD just picks it up everytime < with the GENERIC
kernel > does anyone have any pointers for me to configure this device so i can
get sound ?
Thanx
Tony
