The exact message is:

...
Making partition 3 active. (partition 3?? I use the entire disk
                                       for NetBSD)
Writing the NetBSD disklabel ...
Creating the new file systems on all 4.2BSD partitions...
/dev/rwd0a: 132048 sectors in 131 cylinders of 16 tracks, 63 sectors
    64.5 MB in 9 cyl groups (16 c/g, 7.88MB/g, 1792 i/g)
    super-block backups (for fsck -b #) at:write error: 64
wtfs: Read-only filesystem

The program "/sbin/newfs /dev/rwd0a" failed unexpectedly with return code
Unknown error: 9216.

This happens every single time.. and doing fsck manually works every time,
but I don't know how to continue with sysinst from there.
