On what macines? Does it still cause problems in -current, now that we
do IO-port accounting via bus-space-map?  PR 2799 is moribund, 4041 is
closed, and nothing else in teh PR database looks remotely fatal.

Any reason why we dont just turn it on in -current *now*, so
we find out whether or not its safe for 1.4?   (Perry, any opinions?)
