Subject: X Fails on S4 Card

I've just picked up a new, cheap S4-based (ViRGE/DX) video card,
but X doesn't seem to like something about it. It detects it just
fine and then gives me a mysterious (to me) message:

xf86MapVidMem: Address 0xe1000000 outside allowable range

I tried turning on option INSECURE in my kernel, in case that might
be it, but this didn't help. Has anyone seen this before?

I've appended the full output of my X server below.
