G'day,

having mastered kdeadmin (kuser), kdemultimedia(kmedia, kmix) and licq
I am now embarking of having a go at koffice...

koffice depends on the packages mico and corba. Can someone advise me
on which of the two install directories are the more appropriate
/usr/pkg or /usr/X11R6/ for installing these packages?

I also feel that the kde applications should be kept in a seperate
directory e.g. /usr/src/pkgsrc/kde instead of spreading them allover
the packages tree. Afterall you can't build most packages without any
dependency to another kde package.

And for those who don't know kde - have a look at http://www.kde.org/

cheerio Berndt
