I've been having a problem with a Tulip card (it's a NetGear something
or another.) The system is 1.3.1, and there are two Tulips installed.

Basically, a lot of the time at boot I get:

de0 at pci0 dev9 function 0: can't read ENET ROM (why=-3) (ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
de0: 21140A [10-100Mb/s] pass 2.2
de0: address unknown

So, I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this, and
whether there is a nice explanation..
