SCSI Zip drives works (I used one). I can't see why SCSI Jaz would'nt.
ATAPI Zip will work if you apply the patch to 1.3 in
ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/atapi-1.3, or use NetBSD-current.
