I've just switched the i386 port from libkvm.old to libkvm.  The
functionality isn't really any different on the i386, but it make
us consistent with other NetBSD ports.

NOTE!  YOU HAVE TO REBUILD ALL OF YOUR KVM-USING PROGRAMS!  If you don't,
examining crash dumps won't work.  Also note that this constitues a
major number bump for libkvm on the i386.
