Hmm.  Odd, that.  Is this something generic in the NCR drivers?  I suffered
from this at one point while Paul Kranenberg was fixing the Sun 4/300 SCSI
code.  I still get this when I use CDIOCPLAYTRACKS on both the Sun 4/330
(NEC CD drive) and an Atari TT (Toshiba CD drive).  The NEC drive locks
up and refuses to do anything but the Toshiba does actually play.  What is
opcode 0x15 anyway?
