I've got a new system I'd like to install NetBSD on.
Its a P133 w/ 64mb RAM. The SCSI controller, we
have, however, is a little old; AHA-1542CP
(Fast SCSI).

This same card/HD combo (HP 1gig) booted Linux no problem
(so I know it works).

It comes up w/

aha at isa0 port 0x330 - 0x333 irq 9 drq 7
aha0: model AHA-1542CP firmware F.0
aha0: unlocking mailbox interface

It hangs for a while, then comes up with a bunch of
errors while it probes the rest of the SCSI ID chain
(empty)

During the menu install, I hit 'yes' for partition,
format, etc, and get

	sd0:(aha0:0:0) timeout

Any ideas?

In the install doc, the 1542CP isnt listed, but some other
variations of the 1542 are. I've tweeked down the SCSI
bios, turned off/on plug n' pray, turned off
fast scsi...

Thanx
