I hate idiots who insist that the only way they're going to let you
see their web server content is to use frames, the second most stupid
idea ever to hit the web.  (The first, of course, is the BLINK tag.)
Changing to any version Netscape would be "downgrading" in my book.

Anyone have a pointer to some more accessible information on the USB?
