Hi,

I've got a P90 that's running NetBSD 1.1A with an Adaptec 2940, 4 2Gig
Quantum disks and 48Megs of RAM.

Recently, I began having scsi timeouts on the controller like this:
sd3(ahc0:3:0): timed out

first it happened on sd0, then sd3. I replaced both disks, and the
controller, and it still gave me the same problems.

So I replaced the motherboard, and now I'm getting kernel panics. The
latest message is:

First bad
/client/disk50: bad dir ino 169355 at offset 0: mangled entry
panic: bad dir

Can anyone give me any advice on what's going on here?

Thanks,

Brian
