There was a discussion some months ago after I suggested a "NetBSD buyer's
guide", which, in essence, was a "supported hardware" list for NetBSD that
was a bit more expansive than what we have online now.

The theory was, given a new user who wants to run NetBSD, what hardware is
known to work and what doesn't?

As a *completely* *secondary* issue, I also suggested that we include
pointers without recommendation for where to buy some of this hardware.

The overall thrust was: let's make it a little easier to choose NetBSD over
the alternatives.
