hi Eric,

The 3c905 needs the ep (elink3) driver, not the de driver.  Since it's
in PCI space there should be no problems recognising it, if you
configure the correct driver. See the GENERIC kernel or ep(4).

Unless 3com now sells a PCMCIA version under the same product name?
I wasn't aware of that, if so...
