Subject: 1.3_ALPHA: "Not enough fragment space in bootcode"

I recently upgraded an i486 running NetBSD 1.2 to 1.3_ALPHA using Andrew
Gillham's unofficial i386 snapshot.

Due to problems similar to those reported in PR #4384, I was unable to
use the ready-made upgrade script. Instead I did the upgrade by hand,
based on reading the upgrade script.

When I tried to update the boot blocks, the following ominous-looking
error message appeared:

  # /usr/mdec/installboot /usr/mdec/biosboot.sym /dev/rsd0a
installboot: not enough fragment space in bootcode

What does this mean? The system boots despite this. Should I worry?
