i've been using freebsd-2.2.2, with pao patches, on my laptop ever
since i had to install *something* quickly that was unixish. it's
fine so far, but my one complaint (that i can avoid if i'm diligent)
is that it never recovers if it decides to go to sleep due to lack of
battery power. it goes to sleep, sometimes wakes up for a few seconds
(sometimes not) but then freezes solid. no break to ddb, no nothing.

how will netbsd be with this? i have another 2 gig disk for my laptop
that i was planning on using for netbsd anyway (and the support so far
looks great, thanks guys!) but this is something i didn't (obviously)
want to wait to find out...
