Hmm, fbioc.c is expecting some struct members in cd_toc_entry that aren't
present under NetBSD.. (or, the addr field is a char array instead of
a structure).

Well, I guess I should have gotten an SCSI CD-ROM drive, but this ATAPI one
cost me only $10, so..... O:-)
