Just an FYI...

I talked to Matt Thomas at the IETF yesterday and today, and he indicated
that he had a version of the "de" driver that should deal with the
pass 2.0 21140 tulip cards better.

I need to implement some simple pci glue for it on the i386 (that the
alpha port already implements), but once that's done, it should be
a simple matter of testing the new driver...
