port-i386: XFree86 3.2 and german keyboard

	Hi,

since I upgraded from XFree86 3.1.2 to 3.2 I can't enter "~" any more.
In shells "~" + <SPACE> helps, but that doesn't work with Netscape or
emacs. Does anyone knows how to fix this?
