(1) given that the PCI boards in question are being used in PCs, and
given the known-bugginess of so many PC PCI host bus bridges, "yes."
(2) there's not really a better place to ask about them (if you're
using an x86). E.g. there is no "pci-users@netbsd.org", or
anything and it's not clear there should be.
