	Port 61 sounds like the keyboard and port 70 is the pointer for 
CMOS config RAM. IRQ 0 is used to update that clock, but I don't know 
when the keyboard is probed (or what about the speaker when beeped?) 
other than POST. Basically the system croaks when it tries to beep or do 
something with the clock.
