I would be surprised if it didn't Just Work.  Every board that isn't
totally screwed up.  I. e. if it will run Win 95, OS/2, etc., it will
probably run NetBSD.  I would expect such a board to look just like a
standard Pentium motherboard to non-SMP aware OS's, even with a second
chip installed.

The next question is: who has actually run NetBSD on such a board to
verify this claim.  You might try asking the FreeBSD folks, since
they've actually played with multi-processing, and can tell you if
there are boards that are screwed up (i. e. require special software).
