Hi,

I tried to install NetBSD-1.1 on an old ESDI harddisk, today. The harddisk
was recognized fine but creating the root partition with "newfs" there
were some write errors so the installation failed.

Any change to active some kind of block remapping to use this harddisk
anyway?
